Because our jewelry pieces are meticulously handcrafted, fulfillment timelines vary based on the item category selected at checkout. Please review individual product detail pages carefully prior to final purchase:

  • In-stock / Available Items: Unless otherwise specified on the listing, standard orders are prepared, packaged, and dispatched to our shipping partners within 3 working days after your payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Preorders & Backorders: Items purchased as part of a preorder or a backorder drop require specialized manual creation and assembly windows. These items possess extended production timelines before they enter our shipping queue. Approximate fulfillment estimates are outlined on their respective collection or product pages.

  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains a combination of in-stock items alongside preorder or backorder items, the entire parcel will be held and dispatched together in a single shipment once all pieces are completed. If you require in-stock pieces urgently, please purchase them in separate transactions.


2. LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE)

We ship locally across Singapore utilizing tracked courier services to ensure reliable delivery to your door:

  • Rates & Estimates: Local shipping is charged at a flat rate of S$3.80. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days following dispatch.

  • Free Delivery Tier: We offer complimentary local delivery for orders of S$150 and above in a single purchase, provided the transaction is paid via PayLah! or PayNow. Orders hitting this threshold but completed via credit or debit card will receive a discounted shipping rate applied at checkout instead.

  • Urgent Delivery Requests: If you require items urgently for a specific date or event, please reach out to us via email at info@sincerelycherise.com prior to ordering to determine if special arrangements can be accommodates.


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international tracking services to selected global destinations to connect our collections with collectors abroad:

  • Rates & Estimates: International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination zones and weight. Delivery timeframes rely on the schedules and processing speeds of our overseas shipping partners.

  • Duties, Tariffs & Customs Fees: Any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or local collection fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. They must be settled directly with your local postal authority upon arrival to secure delivery release.


4. DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS & TRACKING

A tracking number is provided for all fulfilled shipments. Once your package is prepared and handed over to our shipping carriers, an automated shipping confirmation message will be transmitted to you via our Services. Please allow a window of up to 2 working days from the time of time of dispatch for the carrier portal to update and track your parcel's physical progress.


5. ACCURACY OF SHIPPING INFORMATION

Buyers hold the sole responsibility to provide completely accurate, valid, and full delivery details (including proper zip/postal codes, contact numbers, unit numbers, and blocks) when an order is finalized through our checkout.

  • We will not be held liable or responsible if any parcels are returned or remain undelivered due to inaccurate user data entries, except in rare instances where an error was manually introduced on our part compared to what you provided.

  • Any secondary shipping fees or handling costs incurred to re-route or re-dispatch a package due to user address errors must be fully covered by the buyer before a package is sent a second time.

All delivery timeframes are based entirely on estimates provided by our external shipping partners and may vary depending on their respective internal schedules. We are not legally liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed parcels resulting from courier transit issues.
