Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

I am not liable for any stolen or delayed parcels. Strictly no cancellations will be entertained once your order is confirmed.

Note: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when orders are placed (i.e. the correct address, contact number, etc.). I will not be held liable if any parcels are undelivered because of this, except if l had keyed in/written the information wrongly myself compared to what was provided by you. Any additional delivery fees incurred as a result of this will have to be borne by you.

 

 

Lost Mail:

If your parcel is lost, I will be able to process a refund/exchange for you. However, I will have to contact the courier/delivery company first to verify this. More often than not, this is a result of the courier company's own negligence so they will be able to check if the parcel is lost.

All refunds will be done via the original payment method you chose for your order i.e. if you made payment via debit card, the refund will be processed via that too.

 

 

Damage:

In the unlikely event that the content(s) of your parcel arrive damaged, I will be able to offer you a partial refund (if you would like to keep the item(s)) or a full refund/an exchange (with the item(s) returned), with these terms & conditions:

1. You must contact me within 48h upon receiving your parcel (I am able to track all deliveries so I know when this is done). You may contact me via Instagram DM @sincerelycherise or email me at info@sincerelycherise.com. 

 

2. Photo(s) highlighting the damage are necessary, as well as your order number so that I can trace your order details more easily.

- Note that the damage has to have occurred during transit and NOT due to your own negligence/mishandling. I put a lot of time, money and effort into making everything myself so kindly be honest about this. 

 

3. Any refunds/returns/exchanges are subject to my approval based on the situation. Once agreed upon, the parcel has to be returned to me within 5 working days

It has to be returned either via:

- Tracked mailing/delivery

- To avoid lost mail. If the parcel is lost, I will NOT be able to process a refund/exchange for you.

- You will have to bear any delivery costs.

- The tracking number and a photo of the parcel has to be sent to me.

- Meet-up at my convenience (highly recommended)

- This includes the location and time; do not be late unless you have already informed me beforehand (at least 1 hour in advance).

 

4. In order for me to process any refunds/exchanges, the external and internal packaging has to be intact. This includes the exact polymailer used, the bubble wrap/box/any other packing materials and the item(s) involved. Otherwise, strictly no requests will be entertained.

 

5. All refunds will be done via the original payment method you chose for your order.

i.e. If you made payment via debit card, the refund will be processed via that too.

 

 

Issues Regarding Wear & Tear

Strictly no refunds/exchanges will be entertained but I may be able to repair the item(s) for you at a fee.

- Note that it might not be possible for me to repair it fully depending on the extent of damage.

- I will also need a few days to do so due to my own busy schedule.

 

If I agree to do so for you, you may send the item(s) to me via either of these methods:

- Tracked mailing/delivery

- To avoid lost mail. I will not be held liable if this happens.

- You will have to bear ALL (to and fro) delivery costs, including the courier fee for me to mail the item(s) back to you.

- The tracking number and a photo of the parcel has to be sent to me.

- Meet-up at my convenience (highly recommended)

- This includes the location and time; do not be late unless you have already informed me beforehand (at least 1 hour in advance).
