Due to the artisanal, handmade nature of our jewelry, including pieces utilizing polymer clay, resin, beads, and natural components like freshwater pearls, minor variations in color, texture, shape, and sizing are entirely natural and expected. Every piece is uniquely crafted, and slight organic deviations from the product photography do not constitute a product defect. Furthermore, item colors may display differently depending on individual screen settings, monitor calibrations, and ambient lighting.
2. MATERIAL DISCLAIMER & SKIN SENSITIVITIES
While we meticulously select high-quality hardware (including stainless steel, 925 sterling silver and gold-filled components), everyone's skin chemistry is unique. We cannot be held legally liable or responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, discoloration, or adverse medical conditions that may occur from wearing our jewelry. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or personal preference once an order has been shipped.
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our third-party shipping providers. Once a parcel is dispatched, we are not legally liable or responsible for any transit delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, or physical damages caused by the postal service or courier providers.
Discretionary Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged due to postal handling, you may report the issue to us at info@sincerelycherise.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof of both the broken item and the original shipping box. Any subsequent repair, replacement, or store credit issued for shipping-related damage is granted strictly at our sole discretion as a gesture of goodwill and does not constitute an admission of liability or a waiver of our final sale terms.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded. We begin allocating inventory, locking in backorder slots, and preparing fulfillment logistics immediately to ensure timely delivery for all customers. Please review your cart details, shipping information, and material selections thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to jewelry designs, custom collection names, concepts, photography, illustrations, graphics, logos, brand copy, and written text, is our exclusive intellectual property.
