DISCLAIMER: I am not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed parcels upon dispatch, but do contact me if you encounter any issues with your shipment.

Important:

• All customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when orders are placed (i.e. the correct address, contact number, etc.). I will not be held liable if any parcels are undelivered or delayed because of this, except if l had keyed in/written the information wrongly myself compared to what was provided.
  • Strictly no refunds will be made if any issues occur as a result of this.
  • Any parcel return or retrieval fees incurred due to this will be paid for by the customer. 
• All international parcels are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless otherwise stated. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, custom and import fees if applicable.
  

• All delivery timeframes are based on estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary depending on their schedules.

Delivery Rates:

• Malaysia & Brunei: SGD10-15. Tracking details will be provided.
• Rest of the world: SGD15-30. Tracking details will be provided.
• United States, United Kingdom and Rest of Europe: Temporarily suspended. You may DM me on Instagram @sincerelycherise for more details.

Estimated delivery duration for international shipments: 1 to 3 weeks after dispatch.

If you'd like to receive your order sooner, you may opt for Priority Processing.

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days unless otherwise stated, or if you opt for Priority Processing. Thank you for your patience.
